A construction industry veteran for over two decades, Jeff brings a diverse corporate background that spans sales, marketing and management. He values transparency and trust and prioritizes people over profits and prefers to bypass bureaucracy, ensuring the customer is always the top priority. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 children.

Jake brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. A seasoned construction professional, Jake has consistently exceeded client expectations by prioritizing quality in every project. His dedication, discipline, and hard-working nature are the bedrock of his professional achievements. Outside of work, Jake is passionate about serving the community through construction and renewable energy initiatives. His commitment to sustainable practices and community development underscores his approach to the industry.

Jeremy Cowart

With roots in services marketing and cost reduction, the "other Jeff" adds a balance of creative development and analytical insight to the team. Jeff spent 20 years in top-line positions in the corporate world, before moving on to strategic consulting roles with mid-market companies. When he's not working, you'll find him hiking, wake/snowboarding, or playing pickleball with his friends and family.

Jamie has spent the better part of a decade in commercial solar, bringing hundreds of installations to completion nationwide. Specializing in sales and operations, he brings laser focus to project execution, helping farms, nurseries and rural businesses go Solar. Outside of work, Jamie is a dedicated family man, spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He is also an active member of his community participating in local sports and church activities.
